With summer fast approaching, lots require attention. Having neatly cut vacant lots will enhance your property’s beauty and contribute to the overall aesthetics of River Cove and River Cove Meadows. 

The deed restrictions for all properties in RCCA require each owner to cut and maintain any vacant lots they own. Thus, the owner must ensure that the lots are cut regularly and, at minimum, once each quarter. Not maintained, lots can provide a breeding ground for pests, including mice and rats, attracting snakes. Properly maintained lots also reflect positively on property values in the community. As a community, all Owners are responsible for keeping our property well-maintained and attractive. 

We all know that keeping up with your lot maintenance can be time-consuming and challenging. Please take the necessary steps to cut the grass on your property as soon as possible.
