About RCCA and Membership Information

The River Cove Civic Association Inc. (RCCA) is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1988 to oversee a program for the overall betterment of our community; ensure the quality and identity as a single-family residential community.RCCA collects and disseminates information regarding planning and zoning issues, assists homeowners in complying with the deed restriction, and preserves and maintains any common property, like the entrances, under the bylaws. 

We encourage every homeowner to join and get involved in your community. Please get to know your neighbors, become active, and be informed about what's happening around us. River Cove and River Meadows are a large group of homeowners that will always band together for the good 

of our community.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is $100 per house for one year.  

Vacant Lot Membership is $25 for one year.

 Due June 1 of each year.

Membership is not required but strongly encouraged.   *All land and homeowners must follow the recorded Protective Covenants and Deed Restrictions regardless of membership.

RCCA members elect officers and the board of directors

 following the Bylaws. All officers and board members must live in River Cove or River Cove Meadows and be active RCCA members.
