RIVER COVE AND RIVER COVE MEADOWS PROTECTIVE COVENANTS

River Cove and River Cove Meadows are communities protected by a declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions (also called CC&Rs).

These CC&Rs are the planned community's rules and property limitations; covenants run with the land and are strictly enforced. All property owner changes or additions must be submitted to the Architectural board for approval in advance, then a permit is required by Newton County.
