Membership
6-1-2023 (updated 9-2023) Its not too late to become a member for 2023-2024 - email us today! Thanks to all the homeowners that have paid 2023-2024 dues, it's not too late to renew or join your River Cove Homeowners. Please mail dues to 305 River Cove Rd, Social Circle, Ga 30025 We encourage every homeowner to join and get involved in your community. Please get to know your neighbors, become active, and be informed about what's happening around us. River Cove and River Meadows are a large group of homeowners with the same interest in improving our community. Band together for the good of our community. Sign up to hear about significant changes in our area, community events, and zoning and development issues that could affect your home. Membership is $100 per house for one year. Vacant Lot Membership is $25 for one .year Due Jue 1 of each year. Please send payments to RCCA 305 River Cove Rd, Social Circle, GA 30025 email: rcca966@gmail.com Membership is not required but strongly encouraged. *All land and homeowners must follow the recorded Protective Covenants and Deed Restrictions regardless of membership.
