Membership and RCCA
The River Cove Association (RCCA) was organized in 1988 to oversee a program for our community's overall betterment, ensuring home quality, value, and maintenance. RCCA's primary goal is to collect and communicate information regarding planning and zoning issues that could affect your property value. We also assist homeowners with understanding the protective covenants and any Newton County Zoning Ordinances. RCCA members preserve and maintain the common areas and entrances. Please renew or join your River Cove Homeowners. Please mail dues to 305 River Cove Rd, Social Circle, GA 30025 Membership Dues are for the maintenance of the entrances, signage, weekly landscaping, and overseeing protective covenant for homeowners. The beauty of River Cove, managed by RCCA, is one of the reasons we all decided to make River Cove and River Cove Meadows our homes. We encourage every homeowner to join and get involved in your community. Please call to know your neighbors, become active, and be informed about what's happening around us. River Cove and River Meadows are a large group of homeowners with the same interest in improving our community. Band together for the good of our community. Sign up to hear about significant changes in our area, community events, and zoning and development issues that could affect your home. Membership is $100 per house for one year. Vacant Lot Membership is $25 for one year. Due -June 1-15 of each year. Membership Dues are for maintaining the entrances, signage, and landscaping and for explaining and overseeing CCR rules for homeowners. * All land and homeowners must follow the recorded Protective Covenants and Deed Restrictions regardless of membership. ***NEW OWNERS—please register and complete an Info sheet (in the forms section). For approval, please use the Modification Change form for all New Homes and additions.
